How long until my shirt ships?
Each LIMDU tee is printed on demand. Production takes 3 to 5 business days, then the package ships. In the U.S., expect delivery 6 to 12 business days from when you ordered.
Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can extend this. We send a tracking number once your package ships.
Why does it take so long?
We print every tee when you order it. No warehouse, no inventory, no end-of-season markdowns, no boxes printed in advance for designs that didn't land. The brand keeps a tight footprint and the price stays honest. The trade-off is patience. We think it's worth it.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship to the United States and Canada. Other destinations are coming. If you're outside North America and want a shirt, email us — we may be able to set up a one-off.
What's the fit like?
LIMDU tees are unisex. True to size for most builds. If you prefer a relaxed fit or you're between sizes, size up. Each product page has the size chart in inches.
Can I exchange a size?
Because each tee is printed on demand, we can't accept exchanges for size or design preference. Check the size chart before you order. If you have a sizing question, email us before checkout — we'll help.
What's the fabric?
A soft cotton blend, ringspun, mid-weight. Substantial enough to drape well, soft enough to wear daily. Specific fabric content is listed on each product page.
Will the print crack or fade?
The prints are direct-to-garment (DTG). Wash inside out in cold water, hang dry or tumble low, and the print will hold up for years. Wash hot, dry hot, and any DTG print on any garment will degrade faster.
My shirt arrived defective. What do I do?
Email hello@limdu.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it at no cost or refund you in full. Full details on the Returns Policy page.
Can I cancel an order?
You have 1 hour from placing an order to cancel it. After that, production has begun and we can't pull it back. Email us as fast as you can if you need to cancel.
What does LIMDU stand for?
Limited Duty. It's the military status assigned when an injury or condition keeps a service member from full duty. The service shortens it to LIMDU. The full origin story lives on the Founder page.
Where does the 10% donation go?
To organizations doing frontline harm-reduction and veteran healing work. Currently The Aya Mission, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit where LIMDU's founder serves on the board. Full breakdown on the Mission page, including the math and the remittance cadence.
