Shipping

LIMDU tees are printed on demand and shipped directly from our production partner. Here is what to expect.

Production time

Every tee is printed when you order it. Production typically takes 3 to 5 business days from the time your order is placed. We do not ship same-day or next-day.

Shipping time after production

Once production is complete, your order ships via the carrier listed at checkout. Estimated transit times:

Total estimated time from order to delivery: typically 6 to 12 business days in the United States.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can extend transit times.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and total order weight.

Tracking

We send a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate shipping confirmation with a tracking number when your package ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 7 business days, email us.

Address errors

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, email hello@limdu.co immediately. If we have not started production yet, we can update the address at no cost. If production has begun, we cannot change the address.

If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, see the Refund & Returns Policy on undeliverable packages.

International orders

At this time, LIMDU ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding to other destinations.

Carriers

We use USPS, UPS, and DHL depending on destination and order size. The specific carrier appears at checkout.
