LIMDU LLC ("LIMDU," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.
What we collect
When you visit limdu.co or buy from us, we collect:
- What you give us. Your name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone (if provided), and payment information when you place an order or sign up for the list.
- What your device tells us. IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time spent, referring site. Standard web analytics data.
- What our partners pass us. When you check out, our payment processor confirms the transaction succeeded but does not give us your full card number.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
How we use it
To fulfill your order, ship your package, answer your questions, and keep our business running. If you opt in to the email list, to send you brand updates and word of new drops. To improve the storefront and understand what's working. To comply with the law when required.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
The partners we need to run the business:
- Shopify — our ecommerce platform. Order processing, hosting, analytics.
- Printify — our print-on-demand production partner. Receives the name, address, and order details needed to print and ship your tee.
- Shipping carriers — USPS, UPS, or another carrier depending on the package. They get the address and weight.
- Payment processors — Shopify Payments and/or other processors. They handle the card transaction.
- Email platform — for the newsletter and order communications.
- Government and law enforcement — if we are required by law (subpoena, court order, regulatory request).
We require each of these partners to handle your data securely under their own terms.
Your choices
- Email list. Unsubscribe link in every email. We honor it within 10 business days.
- Cookies. Your browser can block them. Some features may not work if you do.
- Access and deletion. Email hello@limdu.co to request a copy of your data or to ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days.
- State residents (California, Colorado, Virginia, and others with privacy laws) — you have specific rights under your state's privacy law. Email us to exercise them.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures (encryption in transit, restricted access internally). No system is bulletproof. We will notify you and the appropriate authorities if a breach affects your data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date will change. Material changes will be announced on the homepage.
