About us
LIMDU LLC is a Texas limited liability company. We sell apparel for veterans in the in-between, and we donate ten percent (10%) of every sale to organizations doing frontline harm-reduction and veteran healing work.
Using the site
You may browse, buy, and read the content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape the site, copy the content, resell the products as a business, or use the brand marks without written permission.
You must be 18 or older to place an order. You confirm you have the legal capacity to enter a contract.
Products
We try to describe products accurately. Colors may render differently on different screens. Mockup images approximate the finished print; final prints may vary slightly due to the on-demand production process. We do not warrant that descriptions, prices, or availability are error-free.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and applicable taxes. We may correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order is placed. If we have to cancel an order due to a pricing error, we will refund any charge in full.
You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including any applicable taxes and shipping.
Order acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or refuse the offer. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, cancel orders, or correct errors at any time.

Mission commitment
We donate ten percent (10%) of net sales revenue to organizations doing frontline harm-reduction and veteran healing work. Donations are calculated and remitted on a quarterly basis. We publish the recipient list on our Mission page and update it as our giving partners change. This commitment is binding.
Intellectual property
The LIMDU brand marks (the count, the wordmark, the primary badge, the tagline "Limited Duty. Unlimited Healing.") and all copy on this site are the property of LIMDU LLC. You may not reproduce, modify, or use them without written permission.
User content
If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you grant LIMDU LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content in connection with the brand. You confirm you have the right to grant that license.
Disclaimers
The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, LIMDU LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve (12) months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LIMDU LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party right.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date will change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
